Position: Assistant Account Manager (Junior) – Entry Level Position
Type: Full-Time Consulting Position (Available during business hours 9 AM – 5 PM EST)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Assistant Account Manager to provide support across various tasks and projects. This entry-level role offers the opportunity to assist with a variety of activities, from email communications to reporting and research, and provides a great chance to develop your skills in account management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Account Managers and Operations Managers with a variety of tasks, including smaller projects and administrative support.
- Send, receive, and organize emails, ensuring timely communication with clients and internal teams.
- Help check, monitor, and compile reporting data to track progress on campaigns and operations.
- Support the team with CRM and operational systems tasks, ensuring smooth processes.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, updating spreadsheets, and maintaining project tracking documents.
- Take on a range of tasks across different areas, adapting to new responsibilities as they arise.
- Provide general support for ad-hoc tasks to ensure the team’s needs are met.
Requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Excel, spreadsheets, and basic online tools.
- Ability to quickly learn new CRM systems, reporting tools, and other software.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
- Basic written and spoken English communication skills for effective team collaboration.
- A proactive attitude, eager to take on new tasks and contribute to the team’s success.
- Reliable internet connection and access to a computer with necessary tools.
