🎯 What You’ll Do:
✅ Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with company goals.
✅ Create and schedule engaging content across different platforms.
✅ Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.
✅ Engage with the audience, respond to comments, and foster community growth.
📌 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience in social media management, content creation, and strategy development.
🔹 Strong understanding of platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok, and YouTube.
🔹 Proficiency in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and scheduling platforms (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).
🔹 Knowledge of analytics and reporting tools to track engagement and performance.
🔹 Experience with community engagement and audience growth strategies.
🔹 Ability to stay up to date with social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
🔹 Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken).
🔹 Comfortable working independently and in a remote, multilingual team (English & Spanish).
🔹 Strong time management skills to juggle multiple accounts and deadlines effectively.
