🎯 What You’ll Do:
✅ Design and maintain the company website, ensuring a visually appealing and user-friendly experience.
✅ Optimize website elements for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility.
✅ Implement creative digital solutions that align with branding and marketing goals.
📌 What We’re Looking For:
🔹 Proven experience in web design with a strong portfolio showcasing past projects.
🔹 Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Elementor or WordPress.
🔹 Strong understanding of UI/UX principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly designs.
🔹 Ability to maintain brand consistency across digital platforms.
🔹 Experience optimizing website layouts, typography, and visual elements for a seamless user experience.
🔹 Knowledge of web accessibility standards and best practices.
🔹 Intermediate to advanced English skills (written & spoken).
🔹 Comfortable working independently and in a remote, multilingual team (English & Spanish).
🔹 Strong time management skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
